My Story
After almost 20 years as a firefighter helping others, it was time for me to impact people's lives in a different way.
It was after seeing how my friends and family's faces lit up and how much praise I was receiving each time they were eating my crepes that I knew my love for it would be the answer.
It took me several years to craft the perfect recipe, one that is the direct result of both my French and American heritage. I am proud to offer you a high-quality treat. The most authentic French crepes you will eat, created in United States, where each ingredient have been carefully selected.
